KitchenMate is a Toronto based food-tech company that was founded with the mission to make tasty, nutritious, and affordable fresh food that fits into people's increasingly fast-paced lives. We are the only automated restaurant for businesses and healthcare facilities. Our solutions ensure that everybody can rely on us for quality food that meets stringent guidelines necessary for guarding against COVID-19 and other illnesses.
Ordering a Meal
How can I order my meal?
You can use your own mobile device anytime to order meals at my.kitchemate.com/msh and also browse each recipe’s ingredients, nutrition and allergens. Simply click on the meal you would like to eat and order.
How do I pay for my meal?
You can simply pay for your meals by using credit or debit cards on the secured web page.

All major debit and credit cards are accepted (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express).
Are the payments safe?
All our payments are processed through Stripe, a world leader and best-in-class payment processing platform trusted by some of the biggest companies in the world.
KitchenMate does not hold any customer credit card information in their database.

Our Food

The menu offers a balance of healthy options, classic dishes and more creative creations from our Michelin-trained culinary team.
Does KitchenMate have options for dietary restrictions?
We offer options for common diets including vegan, vegetarian, halal-friendly, free of gluten and free of dairy. Our meals are labelled accordingly on the website.
Are KitchenMate meals fresh?
Our meals are fresh and ingredients are kept in their raw form so that they are not reheated and only cooked once.
Where does the food come from?
Our food is designed by Michelin-star trained chefs and certified nutritionists working directly at KitchenMate. The recipes are then passed on to our partner kitchen where the meals are prepared fresh to order with the highest levels of quality and safety.
Is the food safe?
Our partner facility in Mississauga produces food for most of the major grocers in Canada and has consistently received the highest industry certifications with several levels of redundancy in its supply chain and production locations.
